FAQs
Want to know a little more about Mabel&Flo?
How do we print our garments?
At Mabel&Flo, we use DTF (direct-to-film) transfers to bring our vibrant designs to life. DTF is a newer printing method that allows for bright, fun colours which is perfect for our style! We’ve tried other techniques like sublimation in the past, but they can be limiting in terms of colour range, so DTF is now our go-to.
We work with a leading DTF printer in the UK who specialises in producing bold, high-quality prints. Once our designs are printed, they’re sent back to us and pressed onto each garment in-house.
Do you design EVERYTHING yourself?
All of our printed sweatshirt designs are created by me, Olivia. Our Charm Collection includes my own hand-drawn illustrations alongside select artwork from professional graphic designers and illustrators. This mix gives us endless creative possibilities when designing something special for your little one.
Any images not created by us are fully licensed, with the correct copyright permissions in place.
Where do you source your items?
Our printed garments are all sourced from within the UK and made within the EU. Most of our accessories are sourced from within the UK and made in the Republic of China.
Items made within the EU :
- All sweatshirts
- All T-shirts (including Adult T's)
- Dinky Dungarees
- All bags/gift bags/gift sacks

What happened to your signature M&F packaging?
Our original packaging was fab and featured the artwork 'Killer Pink' from the renowned Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami. Unfortunately the packaging was not eco friendly, instead we have decided to move to using 100% recycled or biodegradable mail bags. We are still working on sourcing something just as fun.
All items purchased from our Charm Collection will continue to be sent in what we will now call our 'OG Limited Edition' mail bags (until stock runs out).
